Got an email last night saying I had 5,000 VIP points, or something like that, the upshot of which is "damn you've paid some rake..."
Anyways, I log in to Empire and check the account, but it says I don't have a VIP account. What gives?
Anyone ever see this? And is there a simple fix, or do I just send an email and hope?
