I signed up and started playing at Intercasino Poker a few days ago without any problems. I was also able to activate my account at the casino using my Poker name and password. The trouble is, I haven't been able to log onto the casino software yet though. Whenever I try I get a message saying:
InterCasino GE: Login failed
database error
I emailed customer support a couple of days ago but haven't gotten a response yet. Has anyone else had a similar problem or know if I'm doing something wrong?
