I think i cost myself some bets here (1 actually) but here goes:

party 15/30.

new player in bb, never seen him/her. AhAc utg+1 open raise all fold to bb, he calls.

Ad2h3h flops he checks and calls. turn=7h completing flush and he check raises me, i call and then call the river.

should i have reraised the turn? what about raising the river after calling the turn?

I think that a raise on the turn is in order.

3-bet the turn and bet the river.... it's not close.

Easy reraise. You're ahead most of the time here as flush draws will often bet into you or checkraise this flop in the hopes of getting a pair to lay down.

Perhaps more importantly, even when you're behind you have about a billion outs and are hardly that much of a dog. But when you're ahead you have your opponent drawing dead or to one out much of the time.
