Things might have change but beware.

10 years ago I was a sports service and had ads in Football weekly and all over (give plays away for free now - see below link)

HOWEVER - on my website I had banners for sports books. WELL - it seems the IRS and fed do not like this since you are actually somewhat employed by off shore casinos now BUT are in the U.S.

One service was busted because every time someone click on a casino banner he was getting paid by the casino - thus - he was basically an employee. BUSTED

AS I said - things might have changed - however - if things get dicey - it's not us gamblers that will get it 1st, it's the people making $$ from the casinos/poker rooms. They are a U.S. gateway and easy to find and trace.

Just a word of caution.

Personally - I have no problem with affiliates.

Remember - affiliate also means partner, associate.
