If the funds are already in your Neteller account, deposits are instantaneous. Cash outs typically take 24-48 hours from the more reputable sites.

No fees for using regular Neteller. There is a fee if you use Neteller Instacash (insta transfer from your bank account via Neteller), but some sites wave this.

I'm under the impression that every Neteller transaction has a fee involved. Most (but not all) poker sites are willing to pay that fee for you automatically so you never have to worry about it.

All deposits are subject to a 1.9% fee, withdrawals upto the same amount are free of charge (creditbacks) - I am not 100% sure of funds in excess of your initial deposits - they may be subject to a fee again.

Lets not confuse the guy.... these fees are always covered by the casino/poker room. You can freely move your money from poker site to neteller to another poker site without paying a fee. The only time you will pay a fee is you make a deposit using insta cash.

Yes, but it takes time for funds to reach Neteller account from checking account.
The only instant way I'm aware of for depositing funds from checking account into a poker site is FirePay, but you can't make withdrawals to it anymore.
