It seems to me that opening a legal cardroom is a terrific enterprise. All you need is the building, tables, dealers, and knowledgable people to run the business.
What is the story here? What ELSE does it take to open one of these? Do you need alot of bribe money for the corrupt polititions?
Can anyone with the capital go to California or LV and open up a cardroom? How does licensing work?
