Where's my money

I just made a deposit at Intertops using Neteller. The money was subtracted from my Neteller account, but never made it to my poker account. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I have had this happen a couple of times, at Party and maybe somewhere else, what I had to do was to call neteller for the neteller reference number (NTsomenumber) and then call the support of the site, and they will fix it.
