Is there a way to get them other than emailing "support" for them?

Unfortunately not. The only other way is to use the in-game hand history window and request each one individually.

i wish poker tracker could figure out a way to grab them off of the in game feature, because that's by far my favorite part of ub (besides the interface)

What UB needs is to add an option to the immediate request hand history feature so that you can request "hands between X and Y". That would be great.

I'm pretty certain UB are reacting to PokerTracker because as soon as Pat made it workable with their they stopped listing showdown losing hands in the HH unless you were dealt in.
They've also said that they are working on an automated HH request feature. When is the key.
