Odds?

Can anyone direct me to a sight that has the odds listed preflop? For Example Having the odds in getting a 4 card flush draw on the flop? Or the odds of landing an open ended straight draw set on the flop, etc etc.

These numbers have been posted in the Poker Theory, General Texas Hold'em and Probability forums numerous times. If you can't find them there, I believe there is a book that discusses all sorts of numbers like this, but I can't remember what it's called.
