I think you did most of it fine, but why don't get through them all. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Hand 1:
Played fine, but I wouldn't go for the check-raise on the river. He will call with many hands you can beat, but will bet very few of them in this situation. I think you would have gained more by betting out instead of going for the checkraise.

Hand 2:
Well played. Like the check-raise on the turn.

Hand 3:
Well played. Would you continue betting the river if the BB called your bet on the turn?

Hand 4:
Well played. Looks like he has a set of jacks (or possibly tens), but since you commented on it I would guess 97s.

Hand 5:
Looks like standard play. Nice.

Good luck and play well,

Kludde

Hand 1: Perhaps I was to greedy, but I agree, should have bet.

Hand 2: Ok

Hand 3: Probably not...

Hand 4: No not 79s but he did beat me, no trips either...

Hand 5: Ok

Thanks,

Guido

1) I bet the river, as for the checkraise, you probably had a better feel. There is some formula in TOP for checkraising the river, dont remember it right now though.

2) Ill 3Bet the flop. Maybe calling and checkraising the turn is fine too. What range of hands do you put him on when he raises your river bet ?

3)Looks good.

4)I 3bet the turn.

5) Looks good.

4 orbits?

I haven't seen that many good hands in 4 days!

All I wanna know is what do I have to do to get those hands. Have not had that much love since "Hector was a pup."

1) It "felt" as though he had something so I though a check-raise was best.

2) No idea, flush, straight, trips, lucky two pair...

3) Ok

4) Why 3-bet the turn after showing so much aggression on the flop and turn? Doesn't seem too smart to me...

5) Ok

Thanks,

Guido

[1] Its painfully obvious ..err.. apparent that you both have big pairs. This means he's NOT going to bet a pair of Qs that he already doesn't like on the turn. Check-raising the river is attocious except against the most brain-dead aggressive folks.

[2] Fine. Much different turn check raise than river check raise on hand [1].

[3] Fine unless you have an easy turn call if you check, meaning if he's real aggressive.

[4] Fine. There are only 1326 possible hands and about 1/3 of them are accounted for, so YES, I can EVER guess what he had. J2.

[5] Fine.

Yup, tricky doesn't pay.

1) Ok, think I should have bet.
2) I know...
3) Ok
4) Very good guess but just not right...
5) Ok

Thanks for your advice,
