Are the servers down or am i the only one that can't get in?

Any opinions on this site in general? Worth anyone's time?

I just tried it and can't connect. I've played on Vegas but probably only about 1500 hands

Play was slow and quite tight and the software isn't great. However, I did make some money there and their sign-up bonus was good so overall not a bad experience.

My main complaint was that I couldn't download hand histories into Poker Tracker, which is why I stick to mainly Party/Empire with the occasional Poker Stars and Paradise.

I went for the $10 Free and $40 for a $100 deposit - back in early January. The server was terrible and broke down twice while I was playing in tournaments - and although I emailed my hand numbers and they were down for 2 hours, I never got a refund. (I did get a check for $115.75) For all my trouble, it was not worth it. When the server was working the hands were about 35/hour.

I too can't get in. They've been having problems all day.

Their customer service/support is terrible. I have never gotten a response from an email to support (0 for 3). They do have people available on a live chat window through their software. These people are polite, but useless. I have been griping about a slow cashout for 2 days now. I don't know what to think because the people I talk to are uniformly clueless. I believe they are instructed to answer all cashout timing questions "tomorrow."

They never gave me an advertised bonus. I don't much care, because I have won rather a lot there and the bonus is insignificant. And they did pay me a pretty good cashout in January. But I am starting to be a bit concerned that my remaining balance there may not be collectable.

If it is powered by Micro-gaming like the casino side, they suffered DOS attacks today. I could not get into the Royal Vegas casino for a few hours. I was trying to do a cashout, so when I finally called, they told me of the attack. It effected over 1,000 casinos I'm told. Neteller being down yesterday also kept a lot of people from gettting paid. These attacks are very scary lately if you ask me.

They paid my latest cashout today. Since I expressed concern about this issue, I think it only fair to say they got it done.
