Party Poker 2/4 (9 handed)
Hero has Jd, Jh and is BB
Button folds, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, SB calls
Flop(6 SB): 5s, 2s, Tc
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls
Turn(4 BB): Qc
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls
River(6 BB): 5h
SB checks, Hero bets, SB calls

i think you know you played this fine. how else could you play it?

Looks good. This is also (judging from the other post and this one) apparently a very tight 2/4 table, something worth mentioning in your comments for the hand.

You're right, it was a tight/aggressive table and I should have mentioned that.

That's always good information to include in a hand posting, but I'm not sure it matters in this particular situation. Loose or tight table, weak-tight or loose-aggressive SB, I'm pretty sure hero played it the right way.
If it was a heads up match then you could give alternative plays meant to trap the SB for extra bets, but at a full table pushing this until there's resistance looks good.
