Where should I be playing on the Prima network? I am mainly looking for fast cashouts to Neteller, and responsive support.

I have tried Golden Riviera, AND THEY SUCKED BIG TIME! It took weeks, months even to get my money, and a lot of effort to get it to happen at all - and they still managed to send the money by means that I really din't want to get them by. And if you got a reply on your e-mail to their support, well, then it was a very special occation.

Conclusion: NEVER PLAY AT GOLDEN RIVIERA!! EVER!!

But where to play instead? Please give me any advice.

The only one that I've played is Royal Vegas Poker. It did take over a month for me to get my cashout, but they also have some nice extras like a play the pros tourney every wednesday...

I would suggest a search on this forum for The Gaming Club or TGC. They have been very active on this forum and taken many positive steps for poker players. My experience with The Gaming Club was very positive (although I missed out on the OIC).

As you have discovered, the Prima network overall has a 'casino mentality'. This casino mentality is not very conducive to good customer service. The casino mentality is basically 'gamblers are idiots'. Hope this helps!

After waiting at least ten days for response from PokerPhil at Golden Riv, customer did get money without any ID to fax, and it was back in Neteller, my suggestion is to get confirmation prior to deposit for withdrawal speed.

Sites are justifiably concerned about credit card fraud, but they do respond to affiliates who know their customers. Do not hesitate to ask for help early and often.

I thought the software at The Gaming Club sucked but they did pay out promptly to neteller.

Quit it with your "affiliates" crap, Cyndie. Please.

I also had good experiences at the gaming club until the LAG crept in and killed the network. I hear that's gone now though. Maybe I'll stop back. TGC guy, deposit bonus? Its a sure-fire way to get me back, otherwise I have to willingly deposit and I'm just a drone bonus whore.

Thanks for your comments too. The lag has gotten better from what we've gathered from the boards (plus our system analysis) and it will continue to get better as further enhancements are added, but we're not going to slow down just because it's gotten better. Foot on the gas pedal all the way.

The first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one /images/graemlins/smile.gif j/k

What we can say for now is to keep your eyes open. We've got some really nice and exciting promotions coming up fairly soon.

I have checked your site and software out, and so far I have just one complaint: The colors/patterns where the player names are are quite annoying, especially for those players sitting out or who has folded. Please consider changing these!

Also, I signed up without a #¤%&¤ "affiliate" (don't like 'em), but I wouldn't mind a rake rebate - any chance of getting one directly? It would definitely be an incentive to play at your site.

Thanks for your comments on the lag jw. Please keep it coming.

Good to hear that you tried us out Beach-Whale. Thank you for the ideas on the software.
We'll see what we can do with it (although we can't promise any changes at this point), but we'll keep this in mind.

As far as a rebate goes, we don't offer this and we'll advise accordingly should we do so or have something similar to offer. There is something in the pipeline along these lines, but won't be available for some time yet. Thanks again for your feedback and hope that you'll continue to visit our room.

On the topic of software at TGC, has anyone else noticed an error when they try to cashout to Neteller from the bank section? When I do that, there's a "script error," and it never continues to the Neteller section. It does get decremented from my account and ends up sent to my bank account. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice to have the Neteller option.

I've asked support about it, but I haven't received a response, although I must admit that could be the fault of my ISP. I recently discovered it was treating some emails from TGC as spam. /images/graemlins/frown.gif Anyway, I'm wondering whether this is an problem everyone has or just me and whether our friendly neighborhood Gaming Club person has any ideas about this.

Thanks,
UncleDuke

I don't mind a referral bonus, but rake rebates should be going to the actual player not an afilliate. I don't play at your site yet because you don't seem to realize this. InterCasino does. Reward regular plalyers. Give a small rake rebate for the first 1000 hands and month, and a larger one for every hand after that, and I will be playing all month long there! Reload bonuses are ok, but the money shuffling requirement is unnecessary - you make you money on actual hands played not deposits. I intend this as helpful advise - a lot of online poker rooms just don't understand what players want, and affiliates are not going to tell you anything that might hurt their profits.

Money directly to players without unnecessary conditions (redeposit requirements) or middlemen!

This is news to us. We haven't had any reports of there being difficulties with the banking section of the software regarding Neteller. Has this happened to you often or was it an isolated incident, and are you still getting it now? If this occurs again when making a cash-in, please will you send us a screenshot at support@gamingclubpoker.com so that we can resolve the matter.

Comments well noted El Barto. We'll use them as best we can.

Where's the info on the InterCasino rake rebate? I do not see that on their web page. I only see the proping info.
