SB 3-bets, BB folds, I cap.

Flop is AQ2, all clubs...I don't have the J of trump. SB bets, I raise, SB 3-bets, I fold.

Not sure about the cap, not a lot of 3betting in 2/4 is there? Are he adjusting to the fact that you can be on a stealraise? The reason to not cap JJ is that you sometimes get a board like this. And you got position, use that on flop instead of getting 1 more bet in preflop with a marginal hand.

But if you cap, and if he bets into you with that board, well, what are you hoping he got?

Not many hands that is worth 3betting that you will beat. Give it up as long as he isnt bluffing to much.

If you cap preflop, and raise flop, and he 3bets: fold.
