problem at pokerstars

I can't remember ever dealing with pokerstars support before, but I'm willing to quit the site over this hand, and how they have handled it.

Basically, the software locked up on me, and the buttons didn't work. First time I can remember having this problem at stars. I was playing in a total of four games, two at stars.

As you can see by the hand history, I am not trying to scam anybody, I was last to act and furiously trying to press the bet button with my mouse.

in addition to everything else, it's dumb that it FOLDS you for timing out here instead of checking and folding if it gets bet

I think it will only fold if he has no available all-ins.

shame on him for not getting an all-in reset, or if his internet connection is so bad that he gets timed out all the time, then he's foolish to play online for real money.

No, I had allins, but I guess I was technically connected even though the buttons wouldn't depress. My internet connection is generally very good.

That's my thinking exactly, and I asked them to reconsider changing their policy to that and I didn't get a response. So no more pokerstars for me, unless I decided to go back to collect a bonus, but then I won't play a single extra hand.
