Hand# 2

Online 2-4 game, with 9 players, which is typically loose

I have [ As Kd ] in the cutoff.

UTG+1 and UTG+2 limp.

I raise, but no luck; button calls 2 cold and BB calls. Limpers call too.

Flop is [ Qs 5c 5h ]

The player on my immediate right bets. I'm getting 11:1 now, but I have lots of players behind me who can raise. I can't even be sure that no one has a 5 because so many people played for 1 bet at a time.

Comments on my fold?

its a good fold.

KQ is a common limping hand, and you dont have a backdoor flush, and could be drawing nearly dead to a 5.

I agree , good fold. In fact, I'd say great fold just because I would'nt have had the discipline to do it.

You can fold most of the time.

I think that you can raise as well sometimes since this will shut out the rest of the field. I would give consideration to how aggressive the bettor is and whether I have good control over him.

I would *never* call.

I agree. Give serious consideration to raising here. This is one that is VERY player dependant. Who is betting into you? How does he/she play? blah blah blah. Folding 100% of the time here is wrong. Play the player. Fold when it warrants and raise when it warrants.

"It depends"...what a wonderful answer!
