What is the "standard" variance for playing one session of poker? (If there even is one) Pro's grind out 1 BB per hour, Seems like the standard bankroll for playing a game is 300 BB''s for that limit. Is there suck a thing as a standard variance for a single session of poker?
And when do you cut your losses?
Anyone have a set system they use?

Yes, there is. It's called "Max Swing," but i dont have the exact formula infront of me. I'm sure another 2+2er can help you out though.

Every body plays different but for me Poker Tracker say 15 BBs per hour. More aggressive people might be more and vice versa - however - I'm NORMALLY the aggressive at a 2/4 table!
