Ultimate bet is the worst site of all. They won't award their own ultimate points, I ordered items from them 9 months ago and still haven't gotten anything from them. They also don't wanna cash you out in a speedy manner and won't answer emails. And the scariest thing of all is, Ultimate bet can't be reached by phone. <font color="orange"> </font> /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Trust me they pay cashouts you wouldnt find Joe Beevers and other top poker pros play no limit there, they are also a sportsbook as far as I know to.....

I've ordered two things and gotten two things. Both within a week, both to England.

They also don't wanna cash you out in a speedy manner
OK, well I get cashed out to Neteller in under 2 days like every time now. And my last cashout was under 1 day.

Lefty I don't think UB is a sportsbook. In fact I believe they're nothing but the site, unless I am mistaken.

The thing that *really* sucks there atm is the downtime. That's becoming a real pain.

Oh, and the Customer Support has been real [censored] shoddy for a long while.

JohnShaft, You must work for Ultimatebet and the part about them sending your order within a week is such a joke. I have emailed these creeps 5 times asking them where my items are and they will not reply. So please quit the lieing bud.

I'm sure they tell all their people to say that their Customer Support is "real f**king shoddy".
Get real.

I love the site, mainly for the software, but admit that their customer support is a disgrace atm. And that their downtime is unaccepatable.

If I was you and they weren't replying I would take one of two responses.
One I would mail them EVERY SINGLE DAY the same mail until they respond.

More likely I would mail them and tell them if they don't reply to my mail in X days I will take all my X dollars out and never play there again.

You tried either?

Never had any of these problems in any way with UB, except ONCE when a cashout took 5 days, all others have been in my Neteller account within 48 hours. I've had all emails answered within 24 hours including several requests for refunds on tourney's that went down.

Hum, can't argue with the lack of phone support.

As far as your UB items go, I really doubt there's any validity in your statement as everything else you have said is not correct.

PS: I am not a prop or shill for UB and in no way do I get paid by them.

oredered 3 things, got 3 things, all within 2 days, and my fedex cashouts i get in 2 work days. I guess it's just you.

I've ordered a book and received it within a week. Also, have cashed out twice and gotten the money both times within 3 days.

Have had no problems with them on that front at all. Have you tried e-mailing them and asking where the item was?

nowadays, cashouts are almost always within 48 hours, never ordered anything from the store. emails i get replies almost as quick as cash outs. nine months ago, if i recall there site was having a number of difficulties, ask lorinda who you should try to contact in their customer service department and email again. i only agree with the phone number that is horible. they have the best software on the net(of the 8 or sites i have played) bar none. as you can tell i play all my poker there.

My experience has also been quite good. Books that I ordered with FPP from Stars took the expected 4 to 6 weeks. I ordered the Wilson software from UB hoping to get it in time for the PPM and it came within three days. Cashouts have usually taken a day or two and they have been emailing my hand history info promptly.

Not that there aren't problems with them or any other site, but want to present a balanced picture.

I have accounts w/paradise, party, empire and UB.

Have had Zero problems with UB. But I do understand how frustrating bad customer service is. I had a guy buy a 40K minivan from my dealership and two days later the tranny fell out. Then our service manager was having a crappy day and treated the guy bad. Does this mean we make a shyt mini van and have a shyt service mgr.? No! He got the one bad van that month and our manager had a rare grumpy day. I got the job of trying to make him happy.

I love their software,table look, muting individual players or observers, live tournament info, jackpots (won $80 last month), Ultimate pts (2400 gets me free entry into $10 tourneys), reload bonuses seem to be about once a month ($50), $100 referrals (i split mine w/ friends).

I don't enjoy playing the other sites as much although I agree w/most 2+2ers easier games at Party/skins. I also get rake back at Empire but can't seem to get into the software

There are plenty of good sites to play on. If you are fed up just don't give them any more of your business.

My cash outs are 1-2 days always. I can eat up bonus money very quickly at UB. I start tables (double pts) and play 3 at a time.

Have sent them 3 emails in 6 months. All answered within 24 hours. This should be 1-2 hours IMO.

if you have AOL or hotmail you may want to try setting up a different email address for your ub acct.

when i lost my password i thought they were blowing me off when i was requesting it...but it was actually aol's overactive spam-blocker that was getting in the way.

aol no longer sends some of the e-mails to the spam folder...they just block them off completely.
i cant get emails from empire or ub at my aol address.
stars, party and paradise all come through fine though. weird


the difficulty with ub's hand-histories for p-tracker is what bothers me the most there.
otherwise, ub's cashouts have been about the fastest of all the sites i have played on.
the book i orderered arrived in about 2 weeks...stars took around 5 weeks.
plus, ub's play seems to be a bit fishier lately from my recent experiences.

wonder if we have yet ANOTHER bonus coming up there soon. they've been averaging about 1 every 2 or 3 weeks for the past few months.
