Cheap multi tables

What is the best site for cheap multi table tournaments ($10 or below)? I normally play the 10+1 sngs at Party Poker, but I want to get some multi table experience under my belt too. Any recomendations?

their table movement seems more favorable to the person being moved than I've seen at any other places mtt's...
