Downloaded PokerTracker Now What??

I just downloaded the software...how do I import hands into the system.

I play on Empire and have a Yahoo email address?

I must be retarded because I can't seem to figure it out, or I'm missing a major piece of this....

If you have a yahoo account the only way to import the hands is to save them from yahoo website and import from files. Also read this:
