Trouble with Empire bonus

Anyone else have a problem with the Empire reload bonus not showing up in their account? Its happened to me twice. I got it relatively easily the first time through support, I just don't want to go through that again (and its down at the moment.)

That happened to me this last time. I received an email for EXCITE25 bonus. When I logged into Empire it also let me know that I was entitled to that bonus.

Howeve, when I made the deposit and entered code, the bonus did not show up. I contacted support and got a response saying that I was not eligible for the bonus.

With that response, I replied attaching the e-mail I had sent to me and promising to post their incompetencies on poker forums. About 12 hrs after that, they corrected the problem and the bonus was credited.

Mine didn't come through either.

Unfortunately for me, one email to support fixed it quick enough for me to have my worst session in months.

Email support.
