I plan on moving to LV soon but have no expirience in apartment hunting. What are some important things I should consider when looking for a place other than the obivous like $$$? I also wont have a job when I first move out there. Will this be a problem when trying to rent? Do the landlords or whoever require that you have some form of legitimate income before renting to you? Any suggestions as to a nice, moderately priced complex or area would be great too. Thanks in advance.
