Is the term "NASCAR dads" a euphemism for "white trash and red necks?"
Lol. Some seem to use it that way.
Seriously, "NASCAR dads" probably made the difference in both Clinton and Bush winning the South in their elections. And if that's the case, can a non-southerner win the South if he's running against a southerner?
