I think the standard is
EP1 (same as utg), EP2, EP3, MP1, MP2, MP3, LP1 (same as CO), LP2 (same as button), SB, BB

Note that it chops off from the beggining.
9 Handed there is no EP1.
4 Handed it is just LP1, LP2, SB, and BB.
