I'll be there in Richmond for two weeks on business. No legal cardrooms?!?!? wtf

Alas, they probably wouldn't have had any no limit games anyway... Guess I'll be playing online poker in my hotel room.

There are plenty of games in the Richmond area, mosly rotation games with hold'em, omaha, etc. let me know if you are interested and I will send you details.

Yeah it sucks. I'm sitting here in SW VA which is like a blackhole of poker. I'm pretty sure the closest cardroom is AC which is a good 8 hours away.

I cast no aspersions on the original poster's motive for travelling to Richmond. I just want to point out that going to Richmond to sell cigarettes is the proverbial carrying coals to Newcastle.

I would also suggest that the day the tobacco concerns in Richmond find US distribution too troublesome, they'll open half a dozen casinos in the area. In the meantime, the tax revenues are just too sweet.
