Three people in, I have Kd5d on small blind I call. Flop comes: K /images/graemlins/spade.gif Q /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 3 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif I bet out on flop. The turn is a blank and i bet, everyone except a somewhat passive guy in early position calls. The river comes Q /images/graemlins/club.gif I bet and he raises...what does he have?

Without knowing the player it's tough to say.

For a reasonable player. He has a Qx where x is Ace through deuce, or 33.

Really though - it doesn't matter much what he has IMO. Cleary this is a call, and clearly you should have checked the river and called a bet.
