Posting for anyones interest on what a bad day can be or look like, or possible what you might encounter.

Played 2 5-10 6 max tables.

- Lost 103 BB - (a new one day drawdown record for me)
- Played on 7 different tables, lost on all 7 (new record)
- According to PokerTracker 93% of all my hands were Group 5
or worse
- I won only 5% of my total hands. (608 hands seen).

On the positive side I am still on the plus side for the month. My BB/hr is still a + 2.4. However I will probably head back to the 3-6 and 2-4 tables for the rest of the month.

I'd like to hear from others who regularly play the 5-10 6 max.

Whats your largest avg. BB drawdown in a month?..50/100/200/300+ ?

may the flop be with you.

I had a -75BB day on 10/20 B&M live a few weeks back, those are by far harder on you. It's not fun to lose but it's also not important that you did lose if you played correctly. That's a hard concept to internalize. I can play perfectly and lose all day long, that's just a fact, but as long as I make correct decisions I will gain and these fluctuations are not important.

You lost, forget it. Tomorrow is a new day.

Now if you played poorly then you do have problems.
