i used to think party intentionally sought out unskilled individuals to run their live support. apparently WSEX is either digging from the same pool, or the job is just a lot harder than we give them credit for.
a minute after sitting i get a "Hello, what can I help you with today?"
i reply that i'm having problems with a cashout.
no sooner than 50 minutes later, i get a message that my request is being transferred to accounting. it takes them another 30 minutes to tell me that i need to move my money from poker to the sportsbook before withdrawing it (shouldn't this be the first thing they check?).
at least it's good to know these servers are creating a demographic that will eventually return to paradise or stars when they get fed up with this treatment.
