Does presto equal 5 bets?

4 handed live 3/6 game. The button and I have been playing extremely fast and putting in multiple flop bets with alot of less than premium holdings. However, once the turn comes, a raise generally indicates a strong hand. Please rate my play.

Button open raises and make it 3 bets with 5 5 from the SB. BB calls 2 cold, button caps it and we both call.

Flop comes down K 10 5 rainbow. I bet, BB calls, button raises, I make it 3 bets, BB folds, button calls.

Turn is an offsuit 7. I bet, button raises, I 3 bet, he 4 bets. What is my move and why? No cap heads up.

just call and check call the river, and take a look at his KK before you throw your hand into the muck

That's what I should have done, but didn't. I made it 5 bets and he called. He called my river bet and showed me 77.
