A new, small room (in the Seattle area) is struggling to keep their 3-6 holdem game going, and I might get "work" as a prop player there.

Does anyone have an idea of:

What kind of terms should I expect or ask for?
How much pay could I get?
Could it be legal for them to pay me cash, or free entry into their daily tournament?
Gennerally, what could I expect?

The place is new, the casino seems to go o.k. for the low-budget neighborhood, but the poker game is iffy, starting at noon and sometimes shutting down in the afternoon befroe the evening "rush". (There is certainly a lot of nearby competition.) Any advice would be appreciatted. Thanks.

When I worked as a "blue-chip" prop in both Oceanside and Temecula, I received $100/day originally, although I did get a raise of $25 more after a little time on the job in Temecula. $12.50/hr is sufficient if you're a winning/breakeven player at this level, my opinion only.

I'm moving to Bellingham next month from the SF Bay Area (go A's /images/graemlins/tongue.gif). Would love to get into some of that action. What room is this and how are the games typically. Feel free to PM me if you're not comfy in putting the name of the room on the board.

Thanks,

Iggy
