Not a lot, but at least some reply.
It cost me much more yesterday being booted off numerous times, but at least something...

RE:[iglobalmedia.com #36004] FW: server problems all day
[#626134]

Dear Player,

I offer you our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you
may have faced. However, due to unavoidable technical problems at our Internet Host level a few of our players did face some connection
issues.

Since you were playing in live games, your money would not be taken
into the pot unless you have actually called or bet in a hand. Hence,
even if there were disconnections, your hands would have got the
Disconnection all-in protection. The money in your account would not
decreased unless you have esed it at the tables.

But, we do understand that these constant disruptions would have
affected your game and hence we have issued you a $30 bonus into your account. Please check this in your account balance.

We also would like to assure you that our technical team is doing
their best to make sure that you do not face any discomfort while
playing at our tables. We would like to thank you for your patience
and understanding.

Yours Sincerely,

Mithun R,
Technical Support Team.

How about posting the body of the e-mail you sent. I could use an easy $30. JK - I'm not that hard up...yet.

For 30 bucks all that trouble?
Why not ask Lori - she has free time in her hands and she is witty enough to come up with a constructive and a good one
My point was that they do pay attention to some e-mails as bad as the support is at Party
Good luck

Sorry Nikita. JK = Just Kidding

I think it's great that Party hooked you up. It definitely does show that they are making an effort.

How did you do that? I was in a $33 tourney in the second level. I could not get back onto my table to play another hand. Empire claims I was the only one impacted and they will not refund any money!

Thanks for the two posts from Customer Service.

SPaMMer rating going down very fast, I'm impressed.

Does anyone else find it odd that Party support normally sucks, and yet on what must have been about their busiest ever day they managed to reply within 24 hours.

Guess when it comes to form replies, they have some kind of workable system going.

they sure haven't replied to my multiple emails yet... it's cost them about 2000 hands of rake so far. i've moved back to UB till they at least reply.
