I attend a conservative baptist university that makes you sign an agreement that says you won't have any fun(re:drink, smoke, gamble, dance, pick your nose) untill you graduate, so I'm pretty sure that would go over like a wet fart at my school...

It's run by Royal Vegas, a Prima site. The last tournament they had the lag was so horrendous that you played 3 hands every 10 minute round.
