Balance on Bonus

This seems to be a recurring problem, it's very similar to the one that I had in December. If you qualify for this bonus, take a look at this months balance's. I have 2 days on which it says I had a balance of $0, even though, that's not true. I'm going to contact Party about it once the live chat features comes back on.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Party did not show the correct details all though January, but I still got my interest money beginning of February.

I guess its just another one of those bugs that doesn’t have a high enough priority to get fixed.

I had this in December, identical problem.

I still got my bonus though at the end of the month, but don't see any harm in having it on record just in case.
