Button open raises.
You are in the SB w/ Axs

How do you play for each x?
If necessary, specify changes depending on your read on the button.

This is one of the hardest preflop questions in my opinion. A9s and higher I will call (AJ-AK I will call or raise) and if the bb folds I will checkraise the flop about 60-70% of the time (depending on the flop.)

A8s and below is all about feel for me (do I feel like button is just trying to stealmy blinds) but I am very positional and will usually fold Axs here.

typically i fold A8s and below and 3 bet the others

i dont like calling out of the SB - i understand a tactic of calling and then check raising the flop with these sort of hands but rarely chose it - playing multiple tables on auto-pilot i either complete or raise out of the SB, but never call
