Going to Vegas in March and have a few questions for you on where to play.

I've read all the posts I could and from what I gather:
(1) Mirage and Bellagio for the larger rooms
(2) Monte Carlo, MB for some of the smaller rooms, but also smaller limits

I usually play online 3/6 so playing at the Mirage 3/6 or Bellagio 4/8 game will be fine for me. But, my wife, who knows the basics but does not play well wants to play. I heard MB spreads a 1/3, is that correct? And, where do you recommend so I can play at a 3/6 or 4/8 while my wife plays a 1/3 or 2/4 game.

Thanks for the help, and anything else you want to add that might help, please post.

BTW: We are staying at the Mirage and would like to stay on the strip.

I was at the Monte Carlo this weekend and really liked their cardroom. For hold-em they were spreading 2-4 and 1-4-8-8 (which were crazy soft) and one 2-5 NL table.

The room is very nice and the staff was excellent. A newbie player like your wife will be very comfortable in the 2-4 game here.

Excalibur spreads the 1-3 game... they also spread 2-6.
