In Pass and Out draw, by definition, the opener recieves his cards first. So not only does the opener have to worry about being raised pre-draw but he also has to discard first and so give away information about his hand to all those discarding after him. This seems like a huge disadvantage to me and I am wondering how much the opener would need to tighten up to take account of having to discard first. (At Jacks or better, the opener had no such disadvantage if shorts or sandbaggers were still active at the draw.)
