OK, I honestly have no idea what in the heck happened in this situation, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, this table is a little on the loose side, as i tend to scout a bit before I sit down. It's the begining of my 2nd rotation so I don't have I don't have any solid reads.

Our hero is dealt A /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q /images/graemlins/spade.gif in MP1.

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, EMP folds, Hero Raises, MP2 folds, LMP calls, CO folds, Button Folds, SB calls, BB calls. {10 SB}

FLOP: [Q /images/graemlins/club.gif, 10 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 5 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif]

SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, LMP Raises, SB Calls, BB calls, UTG+1 3 bets, Hero pauses (thinking WTF?) and then lays it down.

What would you have done?

I don't like this fold. Whereas you may be up against a set and drawing nearly dead, UTG+1 could easily be pumping a flush draw, whereas LMP could have a holding as weak as KQ or KJ. I'ld probably coldcall (capping serves no purpose here, unless you think LMP will fold), and see what card and what kind of action the turn brings.
