Raise. I would be more convinced MP2 turned a set if he/she checkraised. Since MP2 bet out, I suspect he/she turned two pair; just like you.

You've gotta raise the turn here. If you were HU, then you could call down, but the presence of two other players on your left means you've gotta raise. This pot is large, and you've got to limit the field as much as possible to maximize your chances of winning it with what is most likely the best hand right now. Fold to the 3-bet.
