I would be much more afraid of the Jack falling on the river or a club or an 8 or a 9.

but a 10???

You didn't hear anyone sing on the turn did you.

Bet the river.

If you are raised, and you lose. Ehh....it sucks, but whatta you gonna do? Its called Poker.

i would flat call the flop raise, hope to see a good looking turn and go for a check-raise then. if it's two bets to you on the turn, you should probably muck your aces. also, if someone behind you three-bets the flop it is very suspicious and you will want to proceed with caution.
