Is there anyway to fund Neteller if you dont live in the
US or Canada...

Site says you have to have a confirmed acct, but you can
only do this via a US bank account.

So cant even do member to member transfers, unless
you live in the US?

I live in Australia and use Neteller.

There should be something on the neteller webpage about which countries you can use neteller from.

There is a bank wire form you need to print out and then take to your bank, and then tell them you want to wire the money to neteller (there should be a company name on the form telling you who to wire the money to. I cant remember all the details)

As for member to member transfers, you need to be certified. As i understand it, if your not a US/Canadian citizen to be certified you have to fax them a copy of your drivers licence or passport.

They are adding multi-currency options later this month...you can use a credit card at the moment though.

You can deposit from UK banks, or I believe over the counter at Barclays.

I funded my Neteller account with winnings from Party.
