Aaargh!!!!

I have two players at my table who are taking the maximum to make their decisions EVERY hand, no exaggeration. Another player has gone all in 3!!!! times when he didn't want to call a bet, two times he had TPBK and one time a flush hit when he had a straight. . .

Then to top it off I get this message at the table:

[ QUOTE ]

FloorPerson: Please refrain from using profanity at the tables and also request the players to maintain positive atmosphere.

[/ QUOTE ]

Okay, okay I shouldn't swear, but is it relaly my job to maintain a positive atmosphere against these cheats?

Call them blumpkins. You can usually get away with blumpkin and rimjob.

But isn't a blumpkin an act you save for someone you really love? That's what I tell my girl anyway. . .

I think it's pretty much always inappropriate to talk of blumpkins in the second person.

I'm also playing in the PPMIII tonight (struggling w/ short stack) and this is the only tourney I'll play at Party for exactly the reasons you state.

Well, I hope you are in the second half so I don't get to be the guy who doubles you up. Good luck.

I got my 1600 chips up to 7000, but busted out around 250th.

Any 2+2ers still alive?

Nah, I was getting crap cards all night. When I did get KK I lost to a flopped set of 9s. Just petered out from there until my AJ fell to 77 on a A7x flop. Oh well, no boat for me.

I'd love to play more Party tourneys just because the competition is sooooo bad. But the fields are too large and the stalling and the all-ins just drive me nuts. Give me a nice Stars tourney that's over in a reasonable four hours anytime.

I'd like to know who that Caufield guy is. He got 1st in one of them, and 2nd in another tonight.

Everyone pray to the pokergods for me! Down to 62 players and my chips haven't moved in 3 hours. I keep dropping down to 5000 then back to 10,000, rinse repeat. . .

Pray to the gods and deal me AA, or KK, hell, 22. . .

Argh. . .

Somehow I managed to take a decent stack and blow off all my chips on sub-marginal hands. I took an embarrassing 30 out of 905 players, 18 got cruises.

Oh well, theres always saturday and sunday.

Helluva effort man. I was watching from time to time and saw you play some great hands, didn't watch the bleeding at the end. Regardless, 30th outta 905 is solid.

I missed the end, too. It was just getting too late for me. Yeah 30 out of 905 is solid, but it is crushingly disappointing to get that far and not make the cut. I came within a couple of slots for UB Aruba and I know how Aover8s feels.
