alright everyone, this is my first post so bear with me. Ive got a few questions:
1. what is the formula for ROI, and what should i shoot for?

2. what is a good percentage for finishing in the money?

3. are there sites that have 2 table limit tournaments?

4. why doesn't anybody play at pokerroom.com?

thanks in advance, hope these questions havent been posted 100 times already.

1. Net profit / Total Costs. Example, if you play 2 10 + 1 tourneys and finish 5th and 2nd, you would have spent $11 and $11 and cashed out $30. So your net profit is $8 and your total costs were $22. So your ROI is 8/22 or 36%.

2. This depends on the structure (1 or 2 table, 9 or 10 at a table), site, $ amount etc. Anything 35% and above is generally profitable, but I don't think this stat matters that much. More important is how much you earn per tourney, which is more like #1. 35% in the money can be a losing player or a very profitable player depending on the distribution of 1sts, 2nds and 3rds.

3. Poker Stars does - don't know of any others at this point.

4. I imagine the lack of players.

My personal answer to 4 is that the Party skins are too good to not play there, and there are so many bonuses at other sites that I have yet to fulfill. Also I don't hear of many people here going to pokerroom, and I don't think their software is too good.
