View Full Version : How's this for a bad beat?

So I'm playing some party 3/6 when I am fortunate enough to get AA on two tables at once and win the both. On the next hand on the first table I get AA again, this time on the button, and it goes something like this:
3 limpers to me and I ... get disconnected.
Oh well, I'm sure I was due to be sucked out on this time (or at least thats what I like to tell myself)

Hey Nottom:
Since AA only holds up 2 out of 3 times or so, I think I would have gone ahead and folded them anyway...seeing as you just one 2 in a row.

I am so sick of you ALL-IN abusers! Everytime you have to make a tough decision - woops, disconnected. I am going to report you.

What's the bad beat? Someone is clearly slowplaying a monster.
I fold this trash pre-flop every time. And it's not close.

Yeah, you're better off folding anyway, one pair never wins in low limit, you just got lucky those other two times.

I've got a good one from last night. I have AKs in the SB and Raise 4 limpers. The flop was Axx and as I'm about to bet my dog spills my drink. After the smoke settles I didn't act in time and the Button won the pot without showdown on the turn.

The first and only time i've ever gotten disconnected from a site I had AA and it was raised in front of me pf. I got disconnected right before it was my turn to act.
I came back and woulda lost to 88 that flopped trips. How's that for weird karma.
Bah, I´ve been disconnected after flopping QJTr holding AK. I bet, they call. Screen freezes the second the turn blank comes...
