I was 20 when i went to the taj. I went there a lot and never got carded. I didn't look much older than 21 either. Then I went to the trop when I was 21 and I got carded a couple of times.

I used to go to AC when I was 20 and got carded a few times. This was before they had poker though.

If you do get carded your best bet is to say I forgot my ID and leave. I don't think it happens very often, but you can get arrested.

Remember the scene in Goodfellas, you know the one with the hammer and saw? Enough said.

I don't know about AC specifically, but in general if you ever get questioned tell them you left your ID up in your room which is not at the casino's hotel but elsewhere and cash out. Leave and don't come back

I suspet you should be able to cash out if you are caught, as I have seen underage persons busted in Colorado and New Mexico casinos who were asked to leave and the casino did not confiscate their chips. That said, keep chill, don't order coctails and in general take the common sense approach of not drawing attention to yourself.

Wear a hat, be familiar with standard B&M operating procedures so it appears as that you have done this before and stay low key and you should have a good shot of being successful. FYI, most places check IDs on the casino floor or by entrance doors, so getting to the poker room will often be your biggest obstacle.

I don't know about AC, but i'm 21 and look about 17, and I get carded about 3 times before getting to the poker room at the casino here.

You mean the movie Casino. Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci played in both movies.

At Our casinos in Edmonton,
The biggest obstacle definitely is getting in the front, and it's been done. After that, at most casinos, you're generally home free.
Most importantly though, most of our casinos have separate poker room entrances, at which I've never been carded. I've never seen security at the doors, and when there is a big tournament or other business, ID is the last thing the floor managers are concerned with.

As soon as caught, you will be whisked away to a back room..... where they have a separate casino for underaged gamblers. If under 21 you are not allowed to play in the main casino but must use the one designated for underage play. They understand that young people want to play, and of course the casino wants their money, so they offer separate but equal gaming to avoid age discrimination.
Unfortunately they deal no hold'em in that room, ony 5 card draw with deuces, suicide kings and one-eyed jacks wild. The rake is 15% but capped at $3. Soda, juice and Shirey Temples are available, but if you want beer I suggest you sneak it in in a McDonalds cup.

PS. If caught in one of the casinos that dont offer UAG they will simply ask that you cash out and come back when you "find" your ID.
