Being a bookworm, can anyone recommend good card counting books? I have read "Skalnsky Talks Blackjack." I am looking for more. Specifically how many units to bet at various counts. I am a sponge looking to absorb as much as I can. Thank you in advance.

Get Professional Blackjack by Wong, then Blackjack Attack II by Schlesinger.

Blackjack Secrets is also a good companion to Professional Blackjack by Stanford Wong.

other than that, you cant go wrong with anything by
wong
snyder
uston ( though dated)
ian anderson. (great read)
humble and cooper

The Hi/Lo system in Pro BJ, is almost as simple as you can get...and very effective. Easier still, and my choice is Knockout Blackjack (KO) system. Easy system that is easy to use in the real world.

Regardless of your system choice, you need Pro BJ by Wong, and Blackjack Attack 2, as Homer mentioned. The 3rd edition of BJ Attack is just a few months, maybe weeks away from release, so you might want to wait for it. You should master your sytem first, and then move on to the ideas in BJA.

Other interesting reading, would be:
Million Dollar BJ by Uston. Outdated, but interesting.
BJ Secrets by Wong
BJ Essays by Malmuth
BJ Diary & BJ Autum, both of these are diary type books
Bring Down the House, the story of the MIT team
The Counter, ficticious novel by Kevin Blackwood.

A few to get started with! Have fun.

agreed on the Ian Anderson books.
Good information and highly entertaining... Whenever I read them I get really psyched up about +EV gambling.

Get the Edge at Blackjack doesn't present a count; but deals with shuffle tracking and more advanced stuff like that. Written by John May, a Brit who also happens to be a very nice guy.
