The world's worst player has the big blind. I've talked about her before; I've never seen her win and a few other people, who play far more often than I do, concur.

Four limpers limp. I'm in the nine seat; the player in the eight seat mucks and I look to see pocket 7s. As I'm reaching for my chips, the dealer scoops up my cards with the eight seat's. Them's the breaks, no biggie, he's a good dealer, I should have protected my cards.

Button calls, small blind calls, big blind raises. All call. Flop is A-7-3, board ends up A-7-3-A-2, big blind had the other two aces.

I ended up +$5 for the session.

Cool!

I've seen dealers unintentionally muck a live hand from the 1,5,6, and 10 seats, but the 9 seat? Where do you keep your cards?

The way I count that is 5 Aces. Did you mean a 7 on the turn?

Kevin,

Games are 9-handed at the Commerce (and at most California card rooms, I believe).

Swiss- You need to go back to that "other" way of counting. 2 aces on the board, plus two in the big blind's hand = 4, not 5.

Btw- I tried emailing you a while back. Did you get it? Might see you at Hollywood soon. Take care.
