Who bets first

In hold'em, if there is two people, the dealer is the small blind and the other person is the big blind. The first round, the small blind bets first and the dealer bets second.

How does it work with three people? Who bets first the first round?

person A = Button
person B = left of dealer small blind
person C = 2 left of dealer, big blind

does person A, B, or C bet first ?

With 2 people left, the dealer is the SB and acts first before the flop. The BB acts first after the flop.

With three people, the dealer acts first preflop, the SB acts first post flop.
