I mostly play 1/2 5 handed, I am new to poker, have a couple questions about flops.

If I raise PF with something like AQ or AK and the flop comes

883, 77J, KTT, A55, these kind of flops terrify me, everytime I bet them I ALWAYS run into someone who has made 3 of a kind.

Its to the point where I am terrified to make a bet in these situations.

What is the best way to handle these situations?

if its heads up about 95% of the time i would bet these flops and about 85% of the time if my opponent just calls i would bet the turn blind - if i'm first to act and i dont bet the flop or turn on these sorts of flops its probably because i plan to check raise

3 handed is not a lot different - playing 1/2 this might be a bit too aggressive compared to 10/20 but not too far wrong - all the flops you give are good for you
