I have AOL and am not sure if this is an AOL problem or a Party/Empire problem. Recently I have had problems receiving my hand histories. This was never a problem in the past. I went to the spot on the site to change/confirm e-mail and they say thank you, a confirmation # will be sent to your e-mail account and I never receive it. I go to the VIP section of empire where your supposed to be able to check your EPoints for ther new VIP program, Log in with my username, and they say your EPoint status will be e-mailed to you and I never get it. I tried signing up as an affiliate and never received my user ID #. I spoke with a customer service guy from party and he was able to confirm my e-mail address and yet the same problems persist. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?
