I didn't see any details on clearing it.
It said it'll be in my account on Feb. 2.

I opened this account last month, played for about an hour, then found out I was ineligible for bonus because I already accepted Gaming Club bonus. So I cashed out.

When I played, it was ubearably slow. Hope it's improved.

They're still giving the old "We are in the process of updating our servers line" as I got in an email the other day...they can be slow but for the most part it doesn't interfere with play, exceptions can occur when big tournies are going on.

Aren't you going to mention that this is a site that routinely freezes accounts and has awful cashout hoops to jump through? My guess is that you are hoping people will see this, get screwed, come to you so you can "help" them, then you can spam the ever loving crap out of them.

Royal Vegas have updated their software recently and it's quite possibly the worst software update they've ever done, they now have a bright neon blue table colour which burns the eyeballs and I find it very uncomfortable. Be warned /images/graemlins/smile.gif
Still get server problems too every now and then.

I've moved over to TGC, much nicer.

Really? I started playing on RV January 1 and have already cashed out several times with no problem. I did remember reading something about cashouts over $750 so I have been cashing out $700 at a time. I notice there is no review of RV on your site so please tell us more.
